Embrey Bonds
Project Coordinator – FWC
EmBrey joined the FWC team in November. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office and Vinings and Legacy Villas properties. In her role, EmBrey performs many duties, including buyout and shop drawing reviews. She is a graduate of Auburn University where she earned her master in building construction, and a graduate of Jacksonville University where she earned her MBA. EmBrey comes to us with experience as a senior project engineer, assistant project manager and assistant developer. In her free time, EmBrey enjoys fitness, playing with her golden retriever, interior design and renovation.
Renee Reitas
Accounts Payable Specialist – FWC
Renee joined the FWC team in November. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Renee performs many duties, including invoices, pay applications and waiver processing. Renee comes to us with over 17 years of accounts payable experience along with auditing and administrative experience. In her free time, Renee enjoys volunteering to help disadvantaged children and adults and spending time with her grandkids.
Scott Burel
Assistant Superintendent – FWC
Scott joined the FWC team in November. He is located in Atlanta, Georgia at our Peaks of Oakwood property. In his role, Scott performs many duties, including overseeing the progress of our project and works directly with trades to make deadlines and stay within budget. Scott comes to us with previous experience as a system development analyst and a property manager. In his free time, Scott enjoys woodworking, fishing, hunting and camping.
Ronnie Sistrunk
Superintendent – FWC
Ronnie joined the FWC team in October. He is located in Eastman, Georgia at our Legacy Villas property. In his role, Ronnie performs many duties, including bringing the job in on time and ensuring safety. Ronnie comes to us with previous experience as a superintendent. In his free time, Ronnie enjoys relaxing and going on long rides on his slingshot.
Iyeshia La-Qua
Project Accountant – FWC
Iyeshia joined the FWC team in November. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Iyeshia performs many duties, including monthly owner billings and company profitability reconciliation. Iyeshia comes to use with previous experience in software implementation and subcontractor reconciliations. In her free time, Iyeshia enjoys hiking, biking, walking and entertaining family and friends.
Denny Crosby
Project Manager- FWC
Denny joined the FWC team in November. He is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In his role, Denny performs many duties, including construction project management, budget management, subcontractor negotiations and contracts. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice. Denny comes to us with previous experience in multifamily project management in the LIHTC world. In his free time, Denny enjoys CrossFit and outdoor activities with his kids.
Billy Morgan
Assistant Superintendent – FWC
Billy joined the FWC team in November. He is located in Albany, Georgia at our Pointe North property. In his role, Billy performs many duties, including overseeing daily tasks. Billy comes to us with 20 years of experience in construction. In his free time, Billy enjoys spending time with family, hunting and fishing.
Ally Newcomer
Event Planner & Administrative Assistant – JES
Ally joined the JES Holdings team in October. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Ally performs many duties, including employee engagement, team building and event planning. She is a graduate of Florida State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and minored in communications. In her free time, Ally enjoys spending time with family and friends.
