Carlie Ewings
Property Manager – FWM
Carlie joined the FWM team in November. She is located at our Romana Riley Lofts property. In her role, Carlie performs many duties, including reporting, budgeting and leasing. She is currently studying to get her Georgia real estate certificate. Carlie comes to us with experience as a leasing consultant and property manager. In her free time, Carlie enjoys church, CrossFit and driving her Jeep.
Shantea Moses
Senior Property Manager – FWM
Shantea joined the FWM team in December. She is located in Atlanta, Georgia. In her role, Shantea performs many duties, including assisting property managers in daily responsibilities. Shantea comes to us with experience in tax credit compliance monitoring and property management. In her free time, Shantea enjoys attending food truck rodeos and vacationing with family.
Bilash Paul
Senior Desktop Support – JES
Bilash joined the JES team in January. He is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In his role, Bilash performs many duties, including supporting end users with IT needs. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. Bilash comes to us with experience from the Department of Veterans Affairs as a desktop support specialist. In his free time, Bilash enjoys soccer, cricket, thriller movies and spending time with friends and family.
Courtney Neds
Leasing Specialist – AEP
Courtney joined the AEP team in October. In her role, Courtney performs many duties, including pre-leasing new apartments, marketing new startups and traveling to different cities. Courtney comes to us with six years of leasing and property management experience. In her free time, Courtney enjoys exploring whatever new city she is in, hiking and live music.
