The 20th Annual Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition Conference and Tradeshow took place in Savannah, Georgia March 29 through March 31, 2017. Throughout the conference, team members from Affordable Equity Partners, including Underwriting, Asset Management and Preleasing employees, are able to spend time networking with current customers, potential customers and industry leaders.
On Wednesday, March 29, attendees enjoyed a golf tournament and the opportunity to participate in a bicycle tour of downtown Savannah, Georgia. Thursday, March 30 was a dynamic day of tax credit legislative and technical updates, afternoon panels and a combined cocktail reception and tradeshow. On the final day of the conference, Affordable Equity Partners sponsors a breakfast and update session from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
