As vice president of human resources, Terena Campagna brings well-honed expertise in “all things human,” ensuring every employee can make a meaningful contribution while feeling seen, heard and cared for. Terena’s team partners with leadership to innovate recruitment efforts, performance development and retention to support business growth. Terena is excited about strengthening the JES workforce to build trusted relationships and deliver value for our customers and partners.
As a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®), Terena has worked in every facet of human resources spanning industries such as biotech, professional services and public administration. With a background in leadership and development, she managed teams, functions and departments across 35-plus countries, with employee populations from 100 to 10,000. Terena’s previous leadership roles include vice president of people and culture, global director of talent, senior advisor, chief experience officer and head of human resources.
Terena is passionate about inspiring people to lead more fulfilling lives through non-profit work and as a fellow member of Harvard/McLean Institute of Coaching. Terena’s educational background includes a bachelor of arts in organizational communication and a master of arts in training and development from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.
