Kate Bryan
Property Manager – FWM
Kate joined the FWM team in October. She is located at our Townsend & Wall property. In her role, Kate performs many duties, including leasing, rent collection, invoicing and balancing the budget. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Kate comes to us with experience as a property manager. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, being a board member for the St. Joseph Youth Carole and playing piano.
Leigh Anne Cochran
Property Manager – FWM
Leigh Anne joined the FWM team in November. She is located at our Foxwood Senior Village property. In her role, Leigh Anne performs many duties, including leasing, rent collection, certifications and paying bills. She is a graduate of Augusta State University. Leigh Anne comes to us with experience in property management. In her free time, Leigh Anne enjoys working in her yard, shopping and spending time with her two daughters.
Bailey Hendren
Staff Accountant – Metro
Bailey joined the Metro team in November. She is located in our Columbia, Missouri office. In her role, Bailey performs many duties, including sending invoices to management properties and preparing Metro financials. She is a graduate of Moberly Area Community College. Previously, Bailey worked at Eurofins Scientific. In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her 18-month-old daughter.
Shakira Wilson
Property Manager – FWM
Shakira joined the FWM team in December. She is located at The Legacy at Vine City property. In her role, Shakira performs many duties, including leasing, customer service, invoice processing and keeping 100% occupancy. She is a graduate of Wilberforce University. Shakira comes to us with experience in bookkeeping and commercial property management. In her free time, Shakira enjoys singing, spending time with her grandchildren and dancing.
Lakeya Weston
Property Manager –FWM
Lakeya joined the FWM team in December. She is located at our Harristown Park and The Village at Walker’s Bend properties. In her role, Lakeya performs many duties, including overseeing the day-to-day operations of both properties. Lakeya comes to us with experience in property management. In her free time, Lakeya enjoys reading and writing.
Jeanne Steffes
Accounts Payable Specialist – FWC
Jeanne joined the FWC team in December. She is located in our Columbia, Missouri office. In her role, Jeanne performs many duties, including all aspects of accounts payable. She is a graduate of Columbia College. Jeanne comes to us with experience in accounts payable/ receivable, accounting and bookkeeping. In her free time, Jeanne enjoys spending time with her three children and watching Netflix.
Liz Leckwot
Recruiter – CHM
Liz joined the CHM team in November. She is located at all three off CHM’s care centers in Missouri. In her role, Liz performs many duties, including recruiting talent in the healthcare industry. She is a graduate of Berkeley College. Liz comes to us with over 10 years of experience in human resources and recruiting. In her free time, Liz enjoys repurposing furniture and thrift shopping.
Anita Benjamin
Property Manager – FWM
Anita joined the FWM team in November. She is located at our Lillie R. Campbell House property. In her role, Anita performs many duties, including problem solving, payment of invoices and overall management of the property. In her free time, Anita enjoys spending time with her family.
