AARON BROWN
Leasing Consultant – Fairway Management
Aaron was hired as a Leasing Consultant for our Kansas City conventional properties in May. His responsibilities include submitting work orders for maintenance, providing tours to prospective residents and leasing available units. Previously, Aaron worked as a Leasing Professional and managed a hotel. In his free time, he enjoys camping, traveling and visiting wineries.
ALICIA BOXDORFER
Accountant – Fairway Management
Alicia started her position as an Accountant with FWM in May. She is responsible for monthly financial statements, journal entry preparation and assisting with annual budgets. Alicia has her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from Saint Louis University. Previously, Alicia worked as a Property Accountant for a St. Louis developer.
GENIESE DOUGLAS
Asset Manager – Affordable Equity Partners
Geniese joined us as an Asset Manager in May. In this position, she manages and oversees the property performance of real estate assets in Southwest Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. Geniese is a graduate of Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Prior to joining AEP, she worked as an Associate Director in the Asset Management Department for Trimont Real Estate.
JANET STEWART
Property Manager – Portales Estates
Janet began with FWM in May. As the Property Manager for Portales Estates, she is responsible for collecting rent, leasing the units, preparing for inspections, entering invoices and ensuring the property remains an inviting place to live. Previously, Janet worked as a School Cafeteria Manager and a Daycare Owner. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling and gardening.
KIM SCHAEFER
Accounts Payable Specialist – Fairway Management
Kim began as an Accounts Payable Specialist with FWM at the end of May. In this position, she is responsible for coordinating with Property Managers to ensure all invoices are paid on time for the list of properties she works with. Kim has spent 20 years working in the accounting field. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time on the river and being with her dogs.
KYLEE HEDGES
Accounts Payable and Billing Specialist – Metro
Kylee joined the Metro team in April. As the Accounts Payable and Billing Specialist, she is responsible for assisting in bid approvals and processing billing and invoices. She also tracks the progress and cost for current projects. Kylee has worked in an Accounts Payable role for the last three years. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, playing with her puppy and spending time with family.
MARTI BALDASSARO
Receptionist – JES Holdings
Marti joined JES as the Receptionist for the Atlanta office in May. In her role, she directs incoming calls, greets guests, provides excellent customer service for FWM properties and assists office staff. Previously, she worked in promotion, marketing and artist relations for various entertainment companies. When she is not working, she loves listening to music, hanging out with friends and being with her dog.
PHEADRA GREEN
Property Manager – Vandeventer Place
Pheadra was hired as a Property Manager in May. In this role, she is responsible for keeping high occupancy, collecting rent, processing invoices and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property. Starting out as a Leasing Agent, she worked in various areas of property management over the past 11 years. Outside of work, Pheadra enjoys spending time with her daughter.
VINCE PICCININI
Director of Environmental Services – Capital Health Management
Vince joined the CHM team in May. As the Director of Environmental Services, he is responsible for maintaining the new Cross Creek at Lee’s Summit Memory Care | Assisted Living facility and overseeing housekeeping and laundry staff. Previously, Vince taught English as a second language in Brazil and was a Maintenance Director for an assisted living property. Vince enjoys spending time with family, traveling and golfing.
