Msoo Avakaa
Leasing Specialist – AEP
Msoo joined the AEP team in January. He is currently located at our Peaks of Oakwood and Azalea Senior Village properties. In his role, Msoo performs many duties, including pre- leasing and getting applicants ready for move in as soon as the building is completed. He is a graduate of Houston Community College. Msoo comes to us with experience as a leasing consultant. In his free time, Msoo enjoys watching soccer, writing, reading and cooking.
Matthew Beardsley
Leasing Specialist – AEP
Matthew joined the AEP team in February. He is located in Oklahoma. In his role, Matthew performs many duties, including traveling to newly built apartments and marketing them to the community. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. Matthew comes to us with experience as a project manager trainee, as a sales manager and in customer experience. In his free time, Matthew enjoys skiing, fly fishing, hiking and anything outdoors.
Kim Bland
Human Resources Generalist – JES
Kim joined the JES team in March. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Kim performs many duties, including providing HR support to southeastern regions of FWM, pre- leasing, accounting and shared services. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. Kim comes to us with experience in customer service, talent acquisition and HR. In her free time, Kim enjoys hiking, trying new places to eat, reading and going to the movies.
Sara Powell
Development Coordinator – AEP
Sara joined the AEP team in January. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Sara performs many duties, including collecting qualifying information from developers, outside vendors and internal partners. She is a graduate of Chattahoochee Technical College. Sara comes to us with experience as a staff accountant in property management. In her free time, Sara enjoys gardening and playing golf.
Jamal Nevels
Property Manager – FWM
Jamal joined the FWM team in January. He is located in Atlanta, Georgia. In his role, Jamal performs many duties, including assisting each property manager with day-to-day operations. He is a graduate of Tallahassee Community College. Jamal comes to us with eight years of property management experience. In his free time, Jamal enjoys doing community service and outreach ministry in his church.
Steve Viestenz
Property Manager – FWM
Steve joined the FWM team in November. In his role, Steve performs many duties, including daily operations of a 40-unit senior apartment community. Steve comes to us with experience as a co-owner of a construction company. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with family and his grandchildren.
Travis Rollins
Project Manager – FWC
Travis joined the FWC team in February. He is located in Columbia, Missouri. In his role, Travis performs many duties, including overseeing projects to ensure that they are completed on time and on budget. He is a graduate of Columbia College. Travis comes to us with experience as a project manager for multifamily and single-family homes. In his free time, Travis enjoys watching his daughter’s high school sports and spending time at the lake.
Danielle Bowen
Administrative Assistant – FWM
Danielle joined the JES team in March. She is located in our Columbia, Missouri office. In her role, Danielle performs many duties, including assisting Ryan Stevens and Christie Haynes. She is two classes away from graduating at Columbia College. Danielle comes to us with previous administrative experience. In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her two kids and gardening.
Ryan Garcia
Development Coordinator – JES
Ryan joined the JES team in February. He is located in Dallas, Texas. In his role, Ryan performs many duties, including helping grow business opportunities in Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Florida. Ryan comes to us with experience as a real estate analyst and office engineer. In his free time, Ryan enjoys politics and exercising.
Rachael Goodhue
Property Manager – FWM
Rachael joined the FWM team in January. She is located at our Azalea Senior Village property. In her role, Rachael performs many duties, including collecting rent, leasing and ensuring compliance. Rachael comes to us with five years of experience as a property manager. In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor activities.

Jennifer joined the FWM team in January. She is located at our Ford Lofts and Delaware Duplexes properties. In her role, Jennifer performs many duties, including daily operations of multifamily units. Jennifer comes to us with experience in property management. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor activities.
