Karsen Wynn
Development Manager – AEP
Karsen joined the AEP team in August. He is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In his role, Karsen performs many duties, including site searching, deal structuring and underwriting. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in agriculture business and a minor in finance. Karsen comes to us with experience working with an affordable housing developer. In his free time, Karsen enjoys playing golf.
Angela Maddalone
Property Manager – FWM
Angela joined the FWM team in July. She is located at our Sinclair Estates property. In her role, Angela performs many duties, including the day-to-day management of Sinclair Estates and the management of two residential subdivisions: Walkers Ridge of Columbia and Westchester Village of Columbia. She has been a licensed life insurance agent with the state of Missouri for over 17 years. Angela comes to us with experience in owning and operating a nationally ranked satellite sales company. In her free time, Angela enjoys gardening, shopping, home projects and family time.
Jill Warren
Reporting Specialist – FWM
Jill joined the FWM team in July. She is located in our Columbia, Missouri office. In her role, Jill performs many duties, including assisting as a compliance auditor and updating reports. Jill comes to us with experience in government compliance and has education as a paraprofessional. In her free time, Jill loves running, live music, camping and family time.
Nanette Bradford
Accounts Payable Specialist – FWC
Nanette joined the FWC team in July. She is located in our Columbia, Missouri office. In her role, Nanette performs many duties, including helping code invoices, assisting in check runs and training. Nanette comes to us with six years of experience doing payables. In her free time, Nanette is an avid reader and enjoys family and relaxing on her porch.
Asheanus (Amy) Brinegar
Property Manager – FWM
Amy joined the FWM team in August. She is located at our North Hampton property. In her role, Amy performs many duties, including overseeing move-ins and maintaining the outside appearance of the property. Amy comes to us with 12 years of experience in customer service and five years in property management. In her free time, Amy enjoys knitting and reading.
Sonya McMichael
Contract Coordinator – FWC
Sonya joined the FWC team in July. She is located in our Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Sonya performs many duties, including preparing, composing, monitoring and editing a variety of internal and external correspondence. She is a graduate of Strayer University and has a master’s degree in project management. In her free time, Sonya enjoys reading, swimming and spending time with family.
