Laura Benefiel is the Executive Director at Country Club Care Center of Capital Health Management in Warrensburg, Missouri. She began working with Capital Health Management as the Director of Social Services at Crown Care Center 19 years ago and has since grown with the company.
Laura enjoys her job because of the excellence of the Capital Health Management communities and the compassion the people who work with her have of their residents.
“I get to see first-hand how much this company truly cares for the residents and people we serve. Through Capital Health Management, we receive all of the supplies and the staffing we need to take care of the residents, where at other places, you get the bare minimum,” Laura said.
Besides Capital Health Management’s dedication to their residents, Laura is also continually impressed with their dedication to their employees.
“Capital Health Management has given me the opportunity to take on new responsibilities, such as getting my administrator’s license after being a director of social services for 11 years. I have enjoyed working for the company, which is why I have been here so long! I wouldn’t want to work in any other nursing homes,” Laura said.
