Fairway Management, Inc., a JES Holdings subsidiary, was named 2015 Management Company of the Year by the St. Louis Apartment Association (SLAA.) SLAA held their annual Rising Star Awards Banquet at the Sheraton Westport Lakeside Chalet on Friday, April 24th where more than 600 members and their guests came together to honor the superstars of the multifamily industry. 182 nominations were received, representing 39 member companies.
