Ironton Estates, a Fairway Management senior community located in Ironton, Missouri, has frequent opportunities for residents to win contests, raffle prizes and friendly competitions throughout the year.
Most recently, the community held two puzzle contests, a bingo game and five rent drawing contests. Residents enjoyed completing the holiday-themed puzzle challenges and coming together for a fun-filled bingo game, both of which rewarded the winners for their efforts. For the rent drawing contests, a resident’s name is entered in the drawing if they paid their rent by 1:00 p.m. on the day the rent was due, and the lucky winner’s name that was pulled received a cash prize.
