Felix Alejandro, vice president of human resources, joined JES Holdings and its family of companies in 2024. In his role, he leads HR operations and provides strategic guidance to support JES’ mission and strategy.
Felix has 20 years of experience leading human resources functions to increase value for businesses, employees and other key stakeholders. He has worked across several industries while in Fortune 500 and private equity companies, such as Coca-Cola, UPS, Macy’s, Adtalem Global Education and InVeris Training Solutions. Prior to joining JES, Felix was vice president of global human resources at PIC Group in Atlanta, Georgia.
Felix has an MBA, with a concentration in human resources from Keller Graduate School of Management in Naperville, Illinois. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and business administration from Brooklyn College along with Human Resources Management Certifications from Cornell University and the University of Georgia.
