Recently, Fairway Management held their 2017 Fairway Days: Awaken the Elements retreat. As a part of the retreat, employees spent a day giving back to the Columbia, Missouri community.
Fairway Management employees volunteered at Cosmo Park, The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri and at Welcome Home, Inc.: Homeless Veterans Organization. While the employees helped clean the park, pack food and serve Veterans throughout the day, they were also given a chance to bond with their fellow coworkers.
Welcome Home charity sent a thank you note to the Fairway Management team for their hard work. In just two hours of service, Fairway Management employees prepared 100 Readiness Backpacks & Supplies for Veterans and their families, wrote 350 thank you cards to Veterans, helped finish the beautification of their old facility, pulled weeds and cleaned up gravel and joined in with the Veterans at a celebratory barbecue to honor their service.
