Ironton Estates, a Fairway Management senior community located in Ironton, Missouri, has frequent opportunities for residents to win contests and raffle prizes throughout the year.
Most recently, the community held two summer rent drawing contests, a survey drawing contest and a puzzle contest. For these drawings, a resident’s name is entered in the drawing if they submitted a survey, completed a puzzle or if they paid their rent by 1:00 p.m. on the day the rent was due. The property manager then pulls out the lucky winner’s name each month and gives the winner a cash prize.
