Gamlin Restaurant Group, the award-winning group behind Sub Zero Vodka Bar and Gamlin Whiskey House, has announced plans to open a new business on the first floor of commercial space at The Residences at the Forest Park Hotel. The building is managed and operated by Fairway Management, Inc., a JES Holdings affiliate company, and will now rent 4,800 square feet of space to Gamlin Restaurant Group.
Beautifully restored to its original opulence, this historic hotel, now The Residences at Forest Park Hotel, in the heart of the Central West End has been transformed into studio, one and two bedroom apartments. Amenities including the lobby and club rooms, resident lounge and full kitchen and outdoor patio with pet friendly courtyard have been restored to their original historic grandeur. The location and ornate architectural features appeal to restaurateurs Derek and Lucas Gamlin, the brothers behind Gamlin Restaurant Group. They guarantee that their new concept will emphasize a cutting-edge and unique experience for guests, just like their other establishments.
The Residences at Forest Park Hotel is located at 4910 West Pine Boulevard on the corner of Euclid Avenue in Central West End. The intersection is home to the newly opened Whole Foods Market and will boast the first Shake Shack in St. Louis next year. St. Louis Post-Dispatch declared the area, “a culinary hotspot,” and the addition of the Gamlin Restaurant Group is no exception.
An opening date and specific details about the establishment have yet to be released. “We have a number of ideas in the works that will provide our guests with a unique experience. We continue to support area businesses by offering fresh, local flavors for breakfast, lunch and dinner,” said Lucas Gamlin.
