January New Hire Orientation

The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of January in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!

 

TIM STEPHAN
HR Manager – Fairway Management

Tim joined the Fairway Management family in January of this year. In this newly created role, Tim will provide leadership, consultation and support to the Fairway Management teams on HR related issues, such as employee relations, development, training and recruitment. He is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a degree in Human Resources and Psychology. He joins us with 17 years of experience in HR.

 

 

 

MICHAEL FIELDS
Property Manager – Nevada Estates & Nevada Manor

Michael accepted the role of Property Manager for Nevada Estates and Nevada Manor in November. In his position, he is responsible for day-to-day operations of his properties, certifying potential residents and collecting rent among many other items. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, and prior to joining Fairway Management, worked for a CPA firm. Michael also served as a fire fighter and army soldier.

 

 

 

MARTY PYE
Property Manager – Sawmill Landing

Marty joined us as a Property Manager in November. She is responsible for collecting rent, leasing units and, most importantly, attending to her residents’ needs. Marty comes to us with 10 years of experience working in public housing. She started with the local Housing Authority working in maintenance and worked her way up to Executive Director. In her spare time, she enjoys performing as a country singer.

 

 

 

KRISTEN EVANS
Property Manager – AL Miller

Kristen accepted the position of Property Manager for AL Miller in July of 2017. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations and budget for her property, collecting rent, focusing on resident retention, creating social programs and processing new applications. When she is not working, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family.

 

 

 

JOYCE BURTON
Property Manager – Kings Grant & Caney Heights

Joyce accepted the position of Property Manager with Fairway Management in November. On her properties, she manages the day-to-day operations, collects rent, processes applications for potential new residents and administers recertifications. Joyce joins us with 18 years of experience in property management and holds several property management and tax credit certifications.

 

 

 

VANESSA MACIAS
Regional Manager – Conventional Properties

Vanessa joined the Fairway Management team in December. As the Regional Manager for our conventional properties, Vanessa oversees the daily operations, budgeting, capital improvements and team motivation for the region. Vanessa comes to us with 15 years of experience in the real estate and property management industries. Additionally, she holds several certifications through the National Apartment Association.
