In 2017, members of the Atlanta Fairway Construction and JES Holdings Human Resources team partnered with a local Atlanta high school and facilitated educational sessions covering subjects like project management, interviewing skills and job searching.
During these sessions, the Atlanta team discovered that many of these students did not own any clothing that would be suitable for interviewing for a job. With that, and the spirit of the holiday season in mind, the Atlanta office “adopted” that group of students and bought each of them outfits that they could wear when interviewing for a job.
Thanks to the generosity shown, they were able to give some very deserving young people a great surprise!
