July New Hire Orientation

The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of July in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!

 

Christy Dillon

Executive Senior Accountant – JES

Christy accepted the role of Executive Senior Accountant in May.  Based out of the Atlanta office, she is responsible for performing all accounting tasks related to executive residences and investments.  Christy joins us with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Maryland College and brings with her over 20 years of accounting experience.  In her spare time, Christy enjoys reading and trying new restaurants in Atlanta.

 

 

 

 

Pam Douglas

Insurance Specialist – JES

Pam joined the JES family in the role of Insurance Specialist in June with over 32 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  Working closely with the rest of the insurance team, her main responsibilities include managing and maintaining current insurance policies, handling renewals and endorsements.  She also assists with the property conditions report and works with our insurance agencies when claims occur. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

 

 

 

 

Suzanne Duvall

Property Manager – Bluff View Senior Village

Suzanne was hired as the Property Manager for Bluff View Senior Village in May.  She is kept busy on the property where she leases units, processes invoices and oversees the day-to-day operations of the property.  Suzanne holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and previously worked in commercial property management.  In her free time, her family is her first priority.

 

 

 

 

Laura Lambert

Accounts Payable Specialist – CHM

Laura accepted the role of Accounts Payable Specialist for Capital Health Management (CHM) in June.  She works with all four of our CHM facilities to ensure all invoices are paid on time and all vendors are set up correctly.  Prior to joining us, Laura worked as the Accounts Payable Manager for Farmer Holding Company.  When she is not working, Laura enjoys spending time with friends, family and her animals.

 

 

 

 

Cindy Lyons 

Property Manager – Walnut Park Manor

Cindy joined the FWM family in April.  As Property Manager for Walnut Park Manor, she works to process applications for potential residents, coordinate social programs and focus on resident retention.  Collecting rent and processing invoices are also part of her daily responsibilities.  Cindy comes to us with over 10 years of experience working as a property manager.  In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym.

 

 

 

 

Pearl Rivas

Property Manager – Aztec Properties

Pearl was hired by Fairway Management as the Property Manager for Aztec Properties in May.  In her role, she is responsible for collecting rent, processing potential new residents, recertifying current residents and overseeing the day-to-day operations of her properties.  Previously, Pearl worked in the home health and hospitality management industries.  When she is not working, she enjoys volunteering.

 

 

 

 

 

Felicia Rockmore

Property Manager – Harristown Park & The Village at Walker’s Bend

Previously with us as a temporary employee, Felicia joined the FWM team as the Property Manager for Harristown Park & The Village at Walker’s Bend in May.  Her duties include verifying whether potential residents are eligible to reside on our property, collecting rent and building relationships with her residents and the community.  When she is not working, she enjoys being with her family.

 

 

 

 

 

Anna Tayon

Staff Accountant – FWM

Anna started with the FWM Accounting Team as an intern in January 2016.  We are happy to welcome her now as a full-time Staff Accountant after graduating with her Masters in Accountancy from the University of Missouri.  In her new role, Anna prepares financial statements, reviews property budgets and works with third party owners on property questions and variances.  Anna enjoys reading and playing tennis in her spare time.

 

 

 

 

 

Aimee Whitmire

Leasing Specialist – FWM

Aimee was hired as a Leasing Specialist with The Residences at Forest Park Hotel in April. Her responsibilities include assisting potential residents in finding a home they will love, building community relationships and coordinating social events.  Aimee graduated from Evangel University with a degree in Business Administration.  When she is not working, Aimee enjoys photography and traveling.
