July New Hire Orientation

The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of July in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!

LUKE CASEY
Director of Operations – Capital Health Management

Luke joined the Capital Health Management team as Director of Operations in July. He is primarily responsible for driving operational improvement in all of our care centers. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Kansas. He has an extensive knowledge base from working in various areas of healthcare. He enjoys being with his family in his free time.

 

 

Lynn James
Property Manager – McRae-Helena Estates

Lynn joined the FWM family as the Property Manager for McRae-Helena Estates in July. She is responsible for leasing units, collecting rent, overseeing the property, budget management and attending to her residents. Prior to this, she spent five years as a property manager for a conventional property. In her spare time, she enjoys riding motorcycles and being with her friends and family.

 

 

VALERIA PITTS
Property Manager – Washington Estates

Valeria recently joined the FWM team as the Property Manager at Washington Estates. In this position, she is responsible for interacting with residents, collecting rent, administering recertifications and processing new applications. Prior to working with FWM, Valeria worked as a property manager in market rate and affordable housing.

 

 

AMY ROWELL
Property Manager – Pointe North Senior Village I & II 

Amy joined us as a Property Manager in June. She is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of her property, collecting rent, managing property staff, administering recertifications and interacting with residents. Amy has previous experience as a property manager and a leasing agent. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her friends and family.

 

 

AARON SMITH
IT Help Desk – JES Holdings

Aaron joined the IT team in June. In his current role, he supports users with issues involving software, hardware, network and printers. Additionally, he provides necessary IT equipment to all of our new hires. Previously, Aaron worked in application support, web development and as an Operations Specialist in the United States Navy. He enjoys spending time with his son, listening to music and reading.

 

 

JADE GORMLEY
Personal Concierge and Event Planner – JES Holdings

Jade recently joined JES Holdings as a Personal Concierge and Event Planner in July. She is responsible for planning corporate, investor and large employee events for the company. In addition, she recently took on the responsibilities of Office Manager for Atlanta. That role includes vendor relations, fleet car management and overseeing overall office efficiency.
