Fairway Construction recently broke ground on a new affordable senior housing community located in Atlanta, Georgia. The new residential space, The Legacy at Vine City, will provide quality, affordable homes to those living in some of Atlanta’s most underserved communities.
The Oasis of Vine City, Inc., a community development corporation of Higher Ground Empowerment Center Church, lead the vision of The Legacy of Vine City. Bishop Dexter L. Johnson of the Higher Ground Church has had this dream of creating an affordable senior living community next to his church for the past 25 years, and Fairway Construction is honored to be a small part of such an amazing initiative!
