Tamekia Bradford
Property Manager – FWM
Tamekia joined the FWM team in March. She is the Property Manager for Sawmill Landing in Pembroke, Georgia. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, collecting rent, leasing units and most importantly; attending to her residents’ needs. Tamekia comes to us with 5 years’ experience in multi-family property management.
Jared Brinson
Project Manager – FWC
Jared joined the FWC team in April. In his role, Jared will oversee all construction efforts in building new affordable apartment communities. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Before joining FWC, Jared worked in various construction management roles over the past 25 years.
Tanya Davis
Property Manager – FWM
Tanya joined the FWM team in April. She is the Property Manager for Gentry Estates l & ll in Columbia, Missouri. In her role, she is responsible for qualifying applicants, increasing occupancy and managing all the day-to-day operations. Tanya is a graduate of Columbia College with an Associate Degree in General Studies. Tanya comes to us with 18 years’ experience in property management.
Joseph Green
Property Manager – FWM
Joseph joined the FWM team in April. He is the Property Manager for DA Holmes l & ll in Kansas City, Missouri. In his role, he is responsible for collecting and posting rent, processing invoices, planning resident events, conducting meetings and giving out notices. Joseph comes to us with two years of experience in property management and eight years of customer service experience.
Steve Hamilton
Property Manager – FWM
Steve joined the FWM team in May. He is the Property Manager at Maryville Meadows and Maryville Properties in Maryville, Missouri. In his role, he is responsible for managing the properties and making sure all needs of the tenants are met. Steve comes to us with five years of experience in property management.
Derek Holland
IT Manager – JES
Derek joined the JES team in April and is located at our Atlanta office. In his role, he will manage the server and network, key fob access and other IT functions. He comes to us with 26 years of IT experience. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Derek is also certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Kara Marti
Social Services Coordinator – FWM
Kara joined the FWM team in April. She is the Social Services Coordinator for Parkview Place in University City, Missouri. In her role, Kara works with the interpreters and property management team to ensure all residents remain housed, as well as, making sure benefits are in place and each resident has what they need to thrive. Kara comes to us with over 30 years’ experience in social services.
Leesa Nolkemper
Property Manager – FWM
Leesa joined the FWM team in April. She is the Property Manager at Riverbend Estates in Washington, Missouri. In her role, she is responsible for providing customer service to her residents, keeping the property at 100% occupancy and managing the day-to-day operations. Leesa has a double major in Accounting and Business Management.
Rose Randolph
Property Manager – FWM
Rose joined the FWM team in April. She is the Property Manager at Glenfield Apartments in St. Louis, Missouri. She is responsible for overseeing the property, leasing, collecting rent, retaining current residents and supporting staff when needed. Rose comes to us with 34 years’ experience in property management.
