Michelle Clark
Cost Coordinator, Fairway Construction
Michelle has worked in accounting in the construction industry for over 12 years. She most recently worked as a Project Accountant. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, Georgia. In her role, she is responsible for job cost reporting, analysis and projections. Michelle works at the Atlanta office.
Carlton “Corky” Vaughn
Project Manager, Fairway Construction
Carlton has worked in progressive leadership roles as a General Contractor and Owner Developer for new construction and adaptive re-use multi-family and commercial projects for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Kennesaw State University-Georgia. He is a US Marine Corps Veteran. Carlton works at the Atlanta office
Cassie Contreras
Property Manager, Fairway Management
Cassie has worked in property management for 10 years. She previously worked for the Socorro Housing Authority as an Apartment Manager. She has completed coursework towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Services from the University of New Mexico-Albuquerque. She is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish. Cassie manages Socorro Properties in Socorro, New Mexico.
Jenny Gilsinn
Property Manager, Fairway Management
Jenny has worked as a Social Worker for the past 10 years. She most recently worked as the Director of Resident Services for a 450-unit community serving seniors and adults with disabilities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Jenny works at Parkview Place Apartments in University City, Missouri.
Cindy Gooden
Property Manager, Fairway Management
Cindy has worked in property management for conventional condominium communities for three years. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Management from Crowder College at the Nevada, Missouri campus. Cindy manages El Dorado Springs Estates in El Dorado Springs, Missouri and Stockton Estates in Stockton, Missouri.
