Donald Burton, a resident at Vandeventer Place, has thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and amenities at his new home.
“Being a senior citizen is new to me and I think it is wonderful that Fairway Management built this community for us. I am loving every bit of it. To be truthful to you, it has everything I want. So, I’m loving where I’m living, yes I am. I think this is as good as it gets!” Burton said.
Vandeventer Place is an affordable senior living community located in St. Louis, Missouri. The community is managed by Fairway Management, and includes 54 units, a community room, fitness center, business center, community garden and more.
Not only does Burton think Vandeventer Place is a great home for senior citizens, but he also believes that it will help his community develop into something better.
“I think because of Vandeventer Place, the community is really going to grow. It’s a good looking building and we’re housing quite a few seniors. I think this building is going to be the start to a new community—I really do,” Burton said.
Burton has been able to meet many new friends and build a wonderful life at Vandeventer Place. He believes it is the perfect place for senior citizens to live and enjoy life together.
