The Village of Bedford Walk, the first JES | Prime Senior Living community, began construction in the latter part of 2014.
Located in Columbia, Missouri, the independent living community for individuals 55 and better will consist of 61 apartment homes located in a multi-story facility, as well as an additional 27 villas divided among nine separate buildings. The multi-story facility will also contain the leasing office and an assortment of amenities such as a wellness and fitness center, theatre, private dining areas, salon and spa services and much more. The current leasing office is located in one of the two finished villa model units which are available for private tours.
Construction is slated for completion in 2016.
