The Village of Bedford Walk, located in Columbia, Missouri, is scheduled to open in the fall of 2016. As construction on the three-story apartment building and villas continues, the team is busy introducing the property to the community.
On Saturday, June 13th The Village of Bedford Walk held an Open House to showcase the beautiful new property. People interested in living at the community were welcome to walk through the villas, view the architecture and design and inquire about pricing.
Even the rain could not keep the crowds away, as welcomed guests were served refreshments and a drawing was held for a $150 gift card to CC’s City Broilers. Each attendee received a branded mug filled with candy and an assortment of items.
As a special addition to the open house, the Founders Club was unveiled. The Founders Club is extended to an exclusive group of residents who are the first to occupy or sign a written intent to live at The Village of Bedford Walk. The event flowed seamlessly and Community Manager, Ashley Steiner, was thrilled with the outcome, “This weekend’s event was a wonderful opportunity to get to know residents that have already signed applications and meet potential new ones.”
