Wyndham Park III is a 42-unit senior community for individuals age 62 and older. The community offers many amenities including a theatre, fitness center, billiards room, patio area, community room and business center.
Not only do residents enjoy living at Wyndham Park III, but they are also very appreciative of the staff. Residents are especially grateful for Wyndham Park III Maintenance Technician Edward Powell. Recently, 14 residents wrote a personalized letter to management detailing how amazing they feel Powell is at his job. According to the letter, the residents love Powell because “he always has a smile and is always able to fulfill their needs.” Powell is truly an example of how Fairway Management employees take pride in their work and doing the best they can for their residents.
