BRANDY GIFFORD
Fairway Construction – Cost Coordinator
Brandy has worked in commercial construction accounting roles for 15 years, including two years specializing in multifamily development. She monitors construction job costs, prepares purchase orders and analyzes financial cost reporting for new construction projects in the southeast region. Brandy works in the Atlanta office.
JOHN MAYVILLE
Fairway Management – Property Manager
John joined FWM as a Maintenance Technician in 2014 and has been promoted to Property Manager. He previously worked as a Production Coordinator for a national printing company for over 20 years. John manages St. Peters Villa in St. Peters, Missouri and Hickory Hollow in Wentzville, Missouri.
JULIE RODGERS
JES Holdings – Receptionist
Julie has worked in customer service and office coordination roles for over ten years. She most recently worked as an Office Assistant with a farming equipment company. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Sciences from Lackawanna Junior College in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Julie works in the Columbia office.
KEVIN HARVEY
Fairway Construction – Project Coordinator
Kevin has worked in construction operations for over eight years, assembling bids, vendors and timeline schedules for public and private building projects. His past projects included churches, schools, roads and bridges. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. Kevin works in the Columbia office.
NONA WELDON
Fairway Management – Property Manager
Nona has worked in property management with senior tax credit communities for over five years. Her current property has special significance for her as it is a historic rehabilitation of her former high school. She is DCA Tax Credit Certified. Prior to FWM, Nona worked as an Office Assistant for a home builder. Nona manages Waynesborough Academy Senior Residences in Waynesborough, Georgia.
OPHELIA GARY
Fairway Management – Property Manager
Ophelia has worked in property management for over 17 years. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Bellevue University and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior Science through the University of Phoenix. She is a HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist. Ophelia manages Fairgrounds Senior Village in Laurens, South Carolina.
RHONDA HARRIS
Fairway Management – Property Manager
Rhonda has worked in property management for over eight years, and has managed a family community for the past six years. She holds a HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist designation. She is a US Army Veteran. Rhonda manages Anthony Arms Apartments in Macon, Georgia.
SEAN ALFORD
Fairway Construction – Project Manager
Sean has worked in progressive leadership roles in construction, operations and project management for over ten years. He manages all aspects of multiple new construction projects, ensuring all teams are meeting construction timelines. His past projects included custom single-family homes, multi-family homes and condominiums. Sean works in the Atlanta office.
